  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the sugar, vanilla extract, and egg; mix until well combined.
  4. Open the crescent rolls and flatten each sheet with a rolling pin.
  5. Sprinkle ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar into the baking dish. Layer one sheet of crescent dough over it, followed by the cheesecake filling, and then top with another layer of dough and remaining cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 27-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
