Ingredients
- 3 packages frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 pound sliced kielbasa
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for about 6 hours until heated through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, whisk cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and stir thoroughly. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
