Ingredients
- 4 pounds multi-colored rotini pasta
- 64 ounces Italian dressing
- 32 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 40 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 green bell peppers, diced
- 3 red bell peppers, diced
- 36 ounces sliced black olives
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Repeat for the remaining pasta.
- In a very large mixing bowl, combine half of the cooked pasta with half of the Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and black olives to the bowl; stir to combine.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining ingredients until fully mixed.
- Divide into large foil pans and cover tightly with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
