- 1/2 lb thinly sliced steak
- 8–10 deveined shrimp
- 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
- Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl for the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated steak for about 1 minute per side and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped vegetables for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Add shrimp to the vegetables and cook until they turn pink (about 2–3 minutes).
- Return cooked steak to the pan along with prepared noodles and sauce; toss everything together until well combined.
- Stir in green onions before serving hot.
